We are seeking a select number of individuals who want to make a commitment to a landscaping career through the new Landscape Management Apprenticeship Program administered by the National Association of Landscape Professionals. This 2,000 hour program will teach you the skills and competencies required to become a landscape management professional. As an apprentice at Environmental Enhancements, you will receive training, a professional mentor, and progressively higher wages as skills and competencies increase.
To apply, you must be at least 16 years of age, have earned a high school diploma or a GED equivalent, and enjoy the outdoors and working in a team environment.

Landscape Maintenance Crewperson Level 1
The primary role of the Landscape Maintenance Crewperson I is to provide landscape maintenance services using safe horticultural best practices at the direction of the Landscape Maintenance Crew Manager.
Landscape Maintenance Crewperson Level II
The Landscape Maintenance Crewperson II will demonstrate proficiency in routine landscape practices and will possesses more advanced horticultural knowledge, including the safe and proper use of more challenging tools and equipment. The Crewperson II will have emerging leadership abilities and will lead others, both by example and through specific coaching.
Landscape Maintenance Crew Manager
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Manager is the primary contact to the client and is the front-line leader in the performance and delivery of high quality landscape maintenance services. The Landscape Maintenance Crew Manager safely performs, supervises and coordinates activities of a 2-3 person crew in accordance with contract agreement, within given budgeted parameters, and always in a professional manner.
Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician
The PHC Technician is the primary contact to the client and is the front-line leader in the performance and delivery of high quality landscape maintenance services. The PHC Technician safely performs, supervises and coordinates activities of PHC members as needed in accordance with contract agreement, within given budgeted parameters, and always in a professional manner.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Manager
The IPM Manager position serves in a leadership capacity and is responsible for aeration, fertilization, overseeding, and organic program development and oversight. The IPM Manager shall uphold our principal company value that each individual – particularly those in a leadership role – shall promote a positive company image to clients, to fellow employees, and to the general public.
