Environmental Enhancements was founded in 2001 by Fred Peratt with a clear mission: to raise the standard of what commercial landscaping should be.
At the time, the industry was known for cutting corners, poor workmanship, unreliable service, and short-term transactions that lacked accountability and long-term value.
Fred set out to change that by building a company grounded in dependable service, proactive communication, and lasting relationships. From day one, the focus has been on delivering landscapes that are both beautiful and functional, maintained with pride, care, and professionalism.
In 2025, Environmental Enhancements joined Green Leaf Group, a family of leading commercial landscaping companies across the Southeast.
This partnership brought together decades of industry expertise and a shared commitment to long-term success, for both clients and employees.
