Green Leaf Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Cruzan to Director of Maintenance. Mark assumed his new role in June and will oversee maintenance operations across all Green Leaf Group brands, including Greenscape, Environmental Enhancements, and Integrity Landscaping Solutions.
As Director of Maintenance, Mark will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for maintenance teams serving clients throughout North Carolina, Virginia, and the greater Southeast. His focus will include driving operational excellence, developing consistent best practices across all brands, supporting branch leadership, and helping position the company for continued growth in both existing and new markets.
Mark brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in the commercial landscaping industry. Prior to joining Green Leaf Group, he spent 29 years as Vice President and General Manager for BrightView Landscape Services on the west coast of Florida, where he led large-scale operations, developed high-performing teams, and managed significant regional growth. Earlier this year, Mark rejoined Greenscape as Charlotte Branch Manager, where his leadership and vision quickly made a positive impact on the organization.

We will continue to train and recruit quality team members and provide them with the systems and support to be successful.”
Outside of work, Mark enjoys working on and racing cars. He serves as the Director of North Carolina for Team Shelby and is passionate about the automotive community.
