I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that this weekend’s snow event was the easiest one I’ve had in my 14 years in property management. Josh was fantastic with letting us know site conditions (including photos), his plan of attack, and when the event was complete. In a lot of my experiences, I’ve had a hard time getting someone on the phone when I call during an event, much less having them reach out to me proactively to answer my questions before they were even asked.
